Event Rentals
We absolutely love sharing our space with you guys and hosting your events. We offer a range of services for events in our space. We provide a barista to work the bar for your event so you can order whatever drinks you like! We are also happy to cater your event with baked goods and treats.
Details
Our space is available anytime that we are closed which is Monday - Saturday after 7 pm (with set up starting by 6 pm, available by request only) and all day on Sundays. We are able to reserve our outdoor space during store hours.
Our rental rate is $100 an hour with a barista included to be able to make our full menu of drinks for your guests as well as having a representative on site for your whole event.
Our rental rate without a barista, which would mean no access to our menu items or an on-site representative, is $75 an hour.
Your rental time does need to include the time you need to set up and clean up. We recommend at least 30 min for both.
You have access to our ice machine and kitchen for light food preparation and are welcome to rearrange any of our seating to accommodate your needs but all furniture must be returned to where it was when you arrived. We also ask that you do a quick sweep before you leave.
If you’d like to see our catering options for things such as scones, cookies, coffee cake, etc. please let us know, we’d be happy to send that over or work with you for specific options!
Outside food and drink are welcome as well as decor. We do ask that you do not bring any glitter or confetti onto our premises and please be mindful to not decorate in a way that could permanently affect any of our structures (walls, trim, etc.)
Let us know what date you’d like to reserve for your date, the rental rate you’d like to choose, and the hours you’ll be needing and we’ll shoot you an invoice to get your event reserved! We do have a non-refundable deposit of $50 if you have to cancel your event.
